Upload Your Files
Drag in any file type — images, video, PSDs, ZIPs. Files up to your plan limit are accepted and packaged automatically.
Set the Terms
Choose a license (Commercial, Personal, Exclusive, or NDA). Optionally require a drawn signature before download.

Vulta creates a unique, encrypted delivery link. Share it directly or have it emailed to your client automatically.
Client Downloads
Your client opens the link, reads and accepts the contract, signs if required, then downloads the protected package.
What's inside every delivery
Automatically included — no extra steps.
- Rights declaration file
A VULTA_RIGHTS.txt is injected into every package with your name, the recipient, and delivery date.
- AI training prohibition
Every delivery explicitly prohibits use of your files to train AI or generative models — legally binding in the contract.
- Image metadata
For image files, your copyright and usage restrictions are written directly into the file's EXIF and XMP metadata — readable by Photoshop, Lightroom, and most DAMs.
- Expiring access link
Links expire automatically based on your plan (7–365 days), so files don't stay accessible forever.

- Drawn signature
Require your client to physically sign with a mouse or finger before they can download. The signature is captured as an image and stored against the transfer.
- Password protection
Add a second layer of access control. Only recipients with the password can open the delivery link.
- Watermark on download
Stamp the recipient's name and date onto image files at the moment of download, so every copy is traceable back to who received it.
Does the link URL expose my account details?
No. The delivery link is a random UUID — it contains no personal information or account details. The package itself credits you as the creator.
What happens when a link expires?
The file is automatically deleted from our servers and the link returns a 404. Recipients can no longer download after expiry.
Can I revoke a link early?
Yes. From your transfer dashboard you can revoke any active link at any time. The file is immediately and permanently deleted.
What file types are supported?
Any file type. Images, video, audio, PDFs, PSDs, ZIPs, raw files — all packaged into a single secure delivery.
Does the recipient need an account?
No. Recipients just open the link in their browser, accept the terms, and download. No sign-up required on their end.
Where are files stored?
Files are stored in encrypted Supabase storage buckets. They are never shared, indexed, or accessible to anyone other than the intended recipient.
